I have been arrested, but have not been to court yet.

If you have been recently arrested but not appeared in court, then this is the best time to seek advice from your attorney. We can review the facts of your case and the police procedure that led to your arrest. We can also appear with you on your first court date to advise you on your options.

I have been to court but I don’t know what to do next.

If you have already been to court on your matter and still need an attorney to review your options, we can still do that. Just because one person has received a sentence similar to yours, does not ensure you will be given the same sentence. The court considers many factors when deciding your case.

I have already been sentenced, but I am not satisfied.

Did you know that after a judge rules on your case, there is an appeal process that can have a higher court review that decision? Our attorneys are experienced in the appeal process and can take your case all the way to the Supreme Court if your case was mishandled.

I haven’t been in trouble in years; can I get that off my record?

In many cases, yes you can. Let us review your circumstances and see if your record can be expunged.

Other areas of Criminal law we can help you with:

  • Traffic violations

  • Driving Under the Influence

  • Record expungements

  • Misdemeanor and Felony charges
